Create workflow-multiplying automations by integrating your SeeClickFix solution with the software you rely on across departments and teams. Our software integrates with leading technologies in asset and work management, code enforcement, geographic information system (GIS), 311 and customer service (CRM), waste management, and more. Connect your systems with SeeClickFix to ensure that siloed systems, manual processes, and data black holes never slow your ability to maintain the safe, clean, and efficient community your residents expect.
Open311
SeeClickFix provides an Open311 Application Programming Interface (API) endpoint for all organizations that are using SeeClickFix requests that are set to public. This enables data transparency for organizations with public requests. For more information, check out the Open311 technical documentation. There is no additional cost for this integration.
Organization API License
SeeClickFix provides a private organizational scope API for integration. The organizational-specific API provides access to private issues and other non-public content. Access to this API must be authenticated and is only available to properly authorized members of the respective organizations. This API can be utilized for the City to build out further integrations or analyze the data with other tools. This has been successfully done in places like Orlando, FL, and Issaquah, WA. For more details on the API, see the API Help Center article.
Accela Automation
SeeClickFix provides a productized, hosted integration with Accela Automation. This integration requires the City to have Accela version 7.3.2+ with Accela Mobile Office (AMO) license.
When a resident user creates a new request in SeeClickFix, the integration will automatically submit them to Accela individually (on the fly) as new Records. The integration can optionally populate the Accela address, parcel, parcel owner, or Custom Forms for each record. If the SeeClickFix request includes an image, the integration submits it to Accela as a Document on the Record. The integration also sends comments to and from the two systems. The SeeClickFix integration will periodically query Accela for changes to the Record to keep the resident updated. When the Record is closed in Accela, the request will be closed in SeeClickFix triggering an update email to the resident requester. For more information, check out the SeeClickFix Connect for Accela technical article.
ArcGIS Online
The SeeClickFix Connector for ArcGIS offers a one-way integration of your SeeClickFix data into ArcGIS Online. This integration provides a Feature Service within ArcGIS to display your request data in internal reports, public maps, and Esri Open Data Portals. For more information, check out the Connector for ArcGIS technical article.
ArcGIS Workforce
SeeClickFix Connector for ArcGIS Workforce SeeClickFix-hosted integration with ArcGIS Workforce, for work assignments.
Bigbelly
SeeClickFix provides a productized, hosted integration with Bigbelly, using the Bigbelly CLEAN API.
With the integration to Bigbelly’s API, organizations using SeeClickFix can receive and process notifications about the status of Bigbelly stations in the same system that they already manage public service requests. In addition, the rich public service request data collected by SeeClickFix includes waste collection and Bigbelly usage information. For more information, check out the SeeClickFix Connect for Bigbelly technical article.
Brightly Asset Essentials
SeeClickFix provides a productized, hosted integration with Brightly (formerly Dude Solutions) Asset Essentials. The integration uses the REST/JSON API and integrates SeeClickFix requests into Asset Essentials (AE) work orders. This integration requires the organization to have a license to the AE Connector Tool.
Cartegraph Operations Management Software (OMS)
SeeClickFix provides a productized, hosted integration with Cartegraph OMS. Cartegraph OMS is an asset management system. Resident requests are instantly routed and passed into Cartegraph OMS through a two-way integration that keeps the city and the resident requester up to date. This provides a front-end public-facing portal for the customer to track all requests while automatically integrating the requests with the customer’s backend asset management system. For more information, check out the SeeClickFix Connect for Cartegraph technical article.
Cityworks Asset Management Software (AMS)
SeeClickFix provides a productized, hosted integration with Cityworks AMS (online or on-premise), for service requests and work orders. Cityworks AMS is an asset management system. The integration with SeeClickFix requires Cityworks version 15+, and a license for Citizen Engagement API. Resident requests are instantly routed and passed into Cityworks AMS through a two-way integration that keeps the city and the requester up to date.
SeeClickFix provides two integration options: one with Cityworks Service Requests and another with Cityworks Work Orders.
For more information, check out the SeeClickFix Connect for Cityworks technical article.
CivicPlus Code Enforcement, Permitting, and Licensing (CivicGov)
SeeClickFix provides a productized, hosted integration with the CivicPlus Code Enforcement, Permitting, and Licensing Software (CivicGov). Manage the complaint lifecycle within CivicGov, from triage to violation, inspection, citation, and resolution. Residents will get notified on SeeClickFix automatically, for a seamless end-to-end experience. The integration will enable SeeClickFix to periodically query CivicGov Complaint Types and make them available as SeeClickFix request categories. SeeClickFix will submit requests to CivicGov as they are created by residents, for request categories configured to use the integration. This creates SeeClickFix as your resident portal for all requests and enables automatic integration into your CivicGov system. SeeClickFix periodically polls CivicGov for changes to the request. This will then trigger status updates appropriately on the SeeClickFix request, which will keep the resident requester updated as well.
Note: This productized integration is currently in development.
Infor Public Sector (IPS)
SeeClickFix provides a productized, hosted integration with Infor Public Sector (formerly Hansen), for the CRM module. The integration requires the organization to have IPS version 11.2+ and a license for IPS REST Services.
Lagan (Verint CRM)
SeeClickFix provides a productized, hosted integration with KANA Open311 API (cloud), which proxies into Lagan CRM (on-premise). For more information, check out the SeeClickFix Connect for KANA/Lagan technical article.
Lucity
SeeClickFix provides a productized, hosted integration with Lucity (Central Square) for work requests. Lucity is an asset management system. The integration with SeeClickFix requires access to the Lucity Citizen Portal REST API (this is an extra cost for the customer with Central Square).
With the integration, resident requests are instantly routed and passed from SeeClickFix into Lucity through a two-way integration that keeps the city and the requester up to date. SeeClickFix can dynamically sync the correct work request categories into SeeClickFix for public reporting. This daily or on-demand sync keeps the categories in each system aligned. When a resident then submits a request into SeeClickFix, it is automatically sent to Lucity for the organization's personnel to manage with their normal workflow. The integration enables SeeClickFix to periodically poll Lucity for changes to the request and updates it accordingly for changes to statuses or new comments added.
SeeClickFix can also integrate directly into Work Orders within Lucity; however, this is a rare use case.
For more information, check out the SeeClickFix Connect for Lucity technical article.
Maximo
SeeClickFix provides a productized, hosted integration with Maximo (IBM) REST API (JSON). This integration requires Maximo version 7.1+. For more information, check out the SeeClickFix Connect for Maximo technical article.
Microsoft Dynamics
SeeClickFix provides a productized, hosted integration with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (online or on-premise) Customer Service module, for case management.
Note: This productized integration is currently in development.
Motorola PremierOne CSR
SeeClickFix provides a productized, hosted integration with Motorola PremierOne CSR Open311 API.
NaviLine

Oracle Service Cloud
SeeClickFix provides a productized, hosted integration with Oracle Service Cloud 18A (formerly RightNow), via REST API.
PubWorks
SeeClickFix provides a productized, hosted integration with PubWorks. This integration uses the Pubworks API (REST/JSON) for Service Requests.
This integration will enable the SeeClickFix categories to be synced automatically with the PubWorks SR Types. SeeClickFix will submit requests to PubWorks as they are created by residents, for request categories configured to use the integration. SeeClickFix will periodically poll PubWorks for changes to the request within PubWorks. This will then update the request status appropriately on the SeeClickFix request, which will keep the requester updated as well.
At this time, this integration does not support syncing of secondary questions from PubWorks. It also does not support sending/receiving comments or attachments. The integration can send a link to the attached image, but not the actual file attachment.
TRAKiT
SeeClickFix provides a productized, hosted integration with TRAKiT (CentralSquare Technologies) CRM module. The integration requires the city to provide access to SeeClickFix to the iTRAKiT API. TRAKiT has recently been renamed Community Development Software by CentralSquare.
SeeClickFix will periodically query TRAKiT for the latest CRM Issue Types and make them available as SeeClickFix request categories. For each TRAKiT request category, SeeClickFix will periodically query TRAKiT for the latest CRM Issue Sub-Types and make them available as answers to a sub-type question on the SeeClickFix request submission forms. These syncing features are also available on-demand in our CRM.
SeeClickFix will submit requests to TRAKiT as they are created by residents, for request categories configured to use the integration. SeeClickFix will periodically poll TRAKiT for changes to the request. This will then trigger comments added and the status updated appropriately on the SeeClickFix request, which will keep the requester updated as well.
