We are excited to announce the launch of updated product names, logos, and headers within our user interfaces as part of the CivicPlus® Solution Rebranding initiative. Add a New Constituent

To create a constituent, residents must provide a name and email, or a name and phone number. Adding constituents allows for requests and conversations to be linked to that specific person. Constituent information can be added or updated at any time.
Instructions
Navigate to the Constituents tab.
Select Add New Constituent.
Within the pop up, enter contact information.
Name: Name of the constituent
Email: Email of the constituent
Phone Number: Telephone number of the constituent
Mobile: Cell phone
Home: Home phone number
Work: Work phone number
Other: Number of a different type provided
Click Save.
