This article will detail how to export work orders so you can track your resources.
Instructions
- Navigate to the Work Orders tab.
- Select the filters.
- Created Date: The date the work order was created
- Due Date: The due date of the work order
- Closed Date: The date the work order was closed
- Assignee: The person the work order is assigned to
- Category: The category the work order is tied to
- Status: The status of the work order
- To Do: Work order that needs to be completed
- Done: Work order that is completed
- Select the checkbox next to the ID to select the word order(s) you'd like to export.
- Note: Select the checkbox at the top of the list to check all boxes at once.
- Select the Export icon.
- Select the Confirm button in the pop-up message.
- Select the desired file format, then select Continue.
- Note: Selecting a file type will automatically start the file download to your computer.
- Note: The recommended file type is the Excel format (.xlsx).
