There are two ways to manage requests in the field. You can access requests through the SeeClickFix mobile app, or you can access requests through the browser on your phone. We recommend using the native app for managing requests. If you are managing work orders, a mobile customer relationship management (CRM) system is required.
The native mobile app for iOS and Android has the following functions:
- Status updates
- External comments
- Internal comments
- Adding photos
- Request assignment and reassignment
- Change due dates
- Updated and new filtering and sorting
To access the settings on the mobile app, you must be logged in as an organizational member and make sure you have installed the latest version of the app.

The internal system is also always accessible from your mobile web browser at crm.seeclickfix.com. The web-based version is fully mobile responsive, so you can manage requests in the field just as you would from your office.
