Conversations may be filtered to only show relevant conversations, or to assist in finding any conversations related to a specific tag, channel, assignee, or status.
Important Note
Filters are applied automatically as they are selected.
Instructions
- Sign in to SeeClickFix
- Navigate to the Conversations tab:
- Click Manage Filters to expand the Filters menu:
- Select your desired filters:

Status: Select Open or Closed, or a specific category in Open or Closed:

Open: Currently open/ongoing Conversations and ongoing
- New: New conversations
- Needs Reply: Conversations that are awaiting a reply
- Waiting: Conversations that are waiting on a constituent response

Closed:
- Done: Conversations that have been completed
- Archived: Conversations that have been completed and moved to the archive

Open: Currently open/ongoing Conversations and ongoing

Channel: Select a channel or channels:

Assignee: Select an assignee or assignees:

Tag: Select a tag or tags:

Created: Select a date range to show conversations created within that range:
- Start Date
- End Date

Updated: Select a date range to show conversations updated within that range:
- Start Date
- End Date

Status: Select Open or Closed, or a specific category in Open or Closed:
- Click the X icon next to a filter to remove that filter:
- Click Default Filters to remove all filters:
