Remove Tags from a Conversation

This article will show you how to remove a Tag from the Conversation.

  

 

Instructions

  1. Navigate to the Conversations tab.
    conversations tab.
  2. Click Go to Conversation Details for the desired conversation.
    Go to Conversation Details button.
  3. Click on the tag you want to remove.
    click on the tag.
  4. Click Remove on the confirmation pop-up.
    confirmation pop-up, remove button.
  5. Repeat this process for each tag you want to remove.
