Remove Tags from a Conversation

This article will show you how to remove a Tag from the Conversation.

 

Instructions

 

  1. Navigate to the Conversations tab:
    SCF Conversations tab.
  2. Click the Go to Conversation Details link for the desired conversation:
    Go to Conversation Details link.
  3. Click on the tag you want to remove:
    Click on the tag.
  4. Click Remove on the confirmation pop-up window:
    Confirmation pop-up window, remove button.
  5. Repeat this process for each tag you want to remove.
