We are excited to announce the launch of updated product names, logos, and headers within our user interfaces as part of the CivicPlus® Solution Rebranding initiative. Assign a Conversation

Assigning a conversation to an individual allows for easier filtering of conversations and easier communication with constituents. Conversations can be manually assigned to any assignee as long as the conversation is open.

 

Instructions

 

  1. Navigate to the Conversations tab:
    SCF conversations tab.
  2. Click Go to Conversation Details for the desired conversation:
    SCF Go to Conversation Details button.
  3. Click the Assign (paper and pencil) icon:
    SCF Assign icon (paper with pencil).
  4. In the resulting Assign pop-up window click to open the dropdown menu, then select the desired assignee:
    SCF Assign dropdown menu, select assignee.
  5. Click the Assign button:
    SCF assign button.
