Enable a Templated Message
A Templated Message cannot be used in Conversations unless it is enabled. An enabled Templated Message will display true in the Enabled column.
- Sign in to your site
- Click the Profile Icon and select Manage Organization
- Select Templated Messages from the left-hand menu
- Click the Action Menu and then Enable for your desired Templated Message
Disable a Templated Message
Disabling a Templated Message prevents it from being used as a response to conversations. A disabled Templated Message will display false in the Enabled column. A Templated Message must be enabled in order to be used.
- Sign in to your site
- Click the Profile Icon and select Manage Organization
- Select Templated Messages from the left-hand menu
- Click the Action Menu and then Disable for your desired Templated Message
