Add a Tag

Tags can be created from the Tags section of the Conversations admin navigation. Once you’ve created them, your Tags will appear in the dropdown options of the header panel of a Conversation detail when you click “+Tag”. You can also filter out Conversations by Tags.
Instructions
Click the Profile Icon > Manage Organization.
Select Tags from the left-hand menu.
Click Add Tag.
Name your tag.
Note: The Enabled box must be checked for the Tag to be active.
Click Create.
