Enable a Channel

Enabling a channel will allow it to be used for Conversations. A channel must be enabled after it has been disabled. An enabled channel will display true in the Enabled column.
Instructions
Click the Profile Icon > Manage Organization.
Select Channels from the left-hand menu.
Click the Action Menu (three dots) for your desired channel.
Click Enable.
