To begin testing the integration between SeeClickFix (now Citizen Relationship Management) and Lucity, a Request needs to be generated using an integrated category.
This issue can be generated using any of the reporting channels we offer:
- Citizen Request Manager (CRM) Call Taker Interface
- SeeClickFix.com Report an Issue page
- SeeClickFix iOS and Android App
- Reporting Portal
For ease, generate the Request using the Citizen Request Manager (CRM) Call Taker Interface by clicking New in the top right-hand corner of the CRM and completing the Request’s details. For more information on this, take a look at our guide: Submitting a New Request within the CRM
Once a report is generated from one of these sources, our integration gets to work. Within the CRM Request tab, you will see the most recently submitted Request.
