- Create seasonal specific campaigns (such as snow removal requests in the winter or safe streets programs for back-to-school in the fall)
- If you know the specific Twitter or Facebook handle of a resident that reported an issue, call them out and thank them for improving their community.
- Highlight the hard work you’ve been doing. Show a map of closed issues.
