- Create seasonal specific campaigns (such as snow removal requests in the winter or safe streets programs for back-to-school in the fall)
- If you know the specific Twitter or Facebook handle of a resident that reported an issue, call them out on and thank them for improving their community.
- Highlight the hard work you’ve been doing. Show a map of closed issues.
- Focus on one service request that is needed for the town to improve. For example, after the winter season, do a “Pothole” campaign.
