Within the CRM's Request tab, Requests can be exported into a CSV file and then made into a custom report using your spreadsheet software.
Who can export requests?
- Owner and Manager users can access this feature.
- Internal Personnel users cannot export requests.
- Begin by using the Filters within the Request's tab List View to narrow the Requests that will appear within the List. Once you've narrowed your results, the results you view on your screen will be the results that are exported.
- Then, click the Export icon in the top right-hand corner of the Request list.
- After clicking to Export, if your export is large it will be emailed to you. If your export is smaller, then it will be available immediately!
