Within the CRMs Request tab, requests can be exported into a CSV file and then made into a custom report using your spreadsheet software.
- Only Owner and Manager users can access this feature.
- Internal Personnel users cannot export requests.
- Begin by using the Filters within the Request's tab List View to narrow the Requests that will appear within the list
- Note: The results you view on your screen will be the results that are exported
- Click Export Requests in the top right-hand corner
- Select Confirm on the popup that says It may take several minutes to complete the export. Are you sure you want to continue?
- Note: If your export is large it will be emailed to you. If your export is smaller, then it will be available immediately.
