After a SeeClickFix Request has been integrated with Lucity, the status is automatically changed to Acknowledged and a customizable system message is added as a comment to the SeeClickFix Request.
In the screenshot above, the following are customizable:
- The name of the “user” that will make the automatic message. Typically, this is simply the name of the organization; City of New Haven, for example.
- The message submitted as the comment can also be customized. This is initially customized during the Integration Configuration period and any changes thereafter can be sent to email@example.com or to your Partnership Manager
