Automatic Acknowledgement for an Integrated Request

After a SeeClickFix Request has been integrated with CentralSquare Enterprise Asset Management (formerly known as Lucity), the status is automatically changed to Acknowledged and a customizable system message is added as a comment to the SeeClickFix Request.
The following are customizable:
The name of the “user” that will make the automatic message. Typically, this is simply the name of the organization: City of New Haven, for example.
The message submitted as a comment can also be customized. This is initially customized during the Integration Configuration period and any changes thereafter can be sent to Support or to your Customer Success Manager.
