The Portal is a feature offered to all partners and provides a way for citizens to quickly report issues directly from any website where the Portal is embedded. This article will show you how to customize settings.

- Option to start with a list of request categories
- Option to link directly to a request category
- Option to link directly to a map to begin a new report
- Option to display a list of requests to be browsed
- Pulls location from photo metadata
- Enable or disable guest reporting
- Enable or disable the “post to neighbors” category
- ArcGIS base maps and geocoding
- Disables reporting outside of the jurisdiction
- Features Notices on explore map view
Instructions
- Select your Profile Icon > Manage Organization.
- Navigate to the Portal Settings tab.
- Edit your Portal Settings.
- Embed and Share: Learn how to embed and share your Portal.
- Brand Settings
- Organization header image: Upload an image that will appear in the top left-hand corner of all Portals you embed or link to.
- Note: The suggested file size is 300px x 100px.
- Navigation: Select colors for the top toolbar and text.
- New Request: Choose colors for the button and text.
- Note: Ensure that the colors you select provide enough contrast for your text color to be readable. The preview on the right-hand side will update as you modify settings.
- Organization header image: Upload an image that will appear in the top left-hand corner of all Portals you embed or link to.
- Request Settings
- Include the "Post to Neighbors" category: Allow reporters to select Post To Neighbors.
- Note: This is typically not a monitored category.
- Allow reporting to all SeeClickFix organizations: Allow for reports to send to all SeeClickFix organizations.
- Note: Guest submissions can be enabled or disabled with Request Category settings.
- Include the "Post to Neighbors" category: Allow reporters to select Post To Neighbors.
- Click Save
