Prioritize a Request

Requests can have a High, Normal, and Low priority setting. This is an internal-only performance metric.

 

 

Instructions

  1. Navigate to the Requests tab.
    requests tab.
  2. Select the request you wish to modify.
    select request.
  3. Click Full page view.
    full page view button.
  4. Select Prioritize.
    prioritize request button.
  5. Choose a priority from the drop-down list.
    change priority drop-down menu.
  6. Click Prioritize to save.
