Owners have the ability to add organizational members as automatic subscribers whenever a request is submitted to a specific category. Subscribers will receive all the “assignee notifications” as outlined in the Email Notifications article.
Important Note: Removing a member from an account removes their auto-subscription and existing subscriptions. Adding the same member back restores subscriptions.
- Navigate to Profile > Manage Organization.
- Select Request Categories.
- Select the category title.
- Use the Automatic Subscribers dropdown to select members.
- Select Update.
