This article will show you how to turn on or off Citizen Request Manager (CRM) notifications. Members can stop all subscription emails from requests or work orders through notification settings - though this is highly discouraged.
Instructions
- Select your User Menu > Preferences.
- Click Email Addresses.
- Select your email address.
- Scroll to the bottom and enable or disable notifications for Requests and Work Orders you are subscribed to and assigned to under CRM notifications.
- Click Update.
