Available SeeClickFix APIs

SeeClickFix offers that can be used to integrate the request data into external data visualization tools (example: Power BI or Socrata). All customers using SeeClickFix requests can utilize the SeeClickFix Open311 API to pull public data into a data tool. Customers can set this type of integration up themselves and then display the data in a way that works best for them.
If customers want to use these types of tools for the internal dashboard and reporting purposes, SeeClickFix offers the Private Organizational API (must be logged into the Help Center to access).
