Export Constituents

Within the Constituents module, Owners can export details for constituents by refining their SeeClickFix export using search and tags. The details will be emailed to the Owner in the chosen format. 

 

 

Instructions

  1. Select the Constituents tab.constituents tab
  2. Use Search Constituents and/or Tags to refine the list.search constituents or tags
    • Note: Refresh your browser anytime you’re using Search or Tags before exporting to clear the cache.
  3. Select Export.export button
  4. Within the pop-up, select Export.Pop up export button
  5. Select the CSV file or XLSX file option. Once selected, you will also receive an email with the export list.export file options
